I have gone to GRO over the years for a variety of orthopedic concerns. Most recently, I have been seeing them at their Urgent Care office for a foot injury. The receptionist and the xray technologist are very professional, empathic, and caring. The PA (Julie Worthinton) is thorough, listens carefully, focuses on ME (not the computer screen!), teaches me, and helps me understand how to care for my foot injury. I feel very safe and well cared for by this team!
Saw Dr.Olsen for the first time today. He listens carefully, cares about the issue, is knowledgeable, and takes the time to answer questions so you understand your condition and the course of treatment. Clearly took the time to read my medical history. Office is organized and efficient. Great experience and I’m very satisfied.
Dr.Greg Finkbeiner did a knee replacement on my RT knee on June 6, 2022. I now walk without pain and was rehab in about 2 months. He is patient, explains things well, and I feel lucky to have had him to my surgery. Should I need my other knee done, he will be the doctor to do it.

Dr.Olsen is great and the staff as well. They are working to get me back on the field healthy as soon as possible. Their attention to detail is great and they actually care which is important. I would highly recommend them.
I had surgery for a torn meniscus and from the beginning to the end I was very pleased with doctor Finkbeinerer. He answered questions and explained everything in great detail. I found the office staff to be equally caring and concerned about my welfare. I would highly recommend him.
My boyfriend saw P.A. Ray Montanaro. Ray is very knowledgeable and kind. He explained things in layman’s terms. It’s been easy to get appointments here too. Called for an appointment and got in the next day! They also got him insurance approval for an MRI and scheduled it within a week!
Dr Weiss has replaced both of my hips. The first was April of 2019 and the second was July of 2021. He did an amazing job and I can honestly say that I am totally pain free for the first time in several years. My wife and I walk 3-4 miles four or five days a week. I cannot begin to tell you what a positive impact this has had on my overall quality of life. We recently spent five days in New York City and according to my Fitbit watch we walked approximately 35 miles. I am very grateful for the results I have gotten from my hip replacements!!!!!
